Welcome to AZ RAM Stewardship Notary Services & More. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide mobile and in-office notary, witness, and related document services in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41, Chapter 2, Article 3. Our duties are limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and completing notarial certificates.

2. Client Responsibilities

Bring valid government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
Ensure documents are complete (except for signatures) before your appointment.
Confirm the type of notarization required (acknowledgment, jurat, copy certification, etc.).
For real estate or loan signings, coordinate with your title or lender for correct paperwork.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are based on Arizona’s statutory rates for notarizations, plus agreed travel/service charges for mobile work. Payment is due at or before the appointment unless other arrangements are confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or charge a waiting fee.

5. Legal Advice

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or interpret documents. Clients should consult a qualified professional for legal questions.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for losses caused by errors in documents prepared by others.
