Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 10,2025

Because notarial acts are legal services completed at the time of signing, they are non-refundable once performed. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and offer the following:

​

• Prepaid Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a full refund or credit toward a future service.

• Travel/Convenience Fees: Refundable if cancelled before travel begins.

• Errors by AZ RAM: If a notarial act is done incorrectly due to our error, we will correct it at no additional charge.​

Refunds do not apply if:

• The client fails to present proper ID.

• Documents are incomplete or incorrect at the time of signing.

• The signer refuses to proceed or does not meet Arizona’s requirements (e.g., willingness, competence).
